ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Begin your boundless journey.
The Boundless Achievement Academy’s admissions process is one which helps everyone, early on, decide if Boundless Achievement Academy is the right fit for your family. We accept applications for the year for elementary-, middle school-, and high school-aged learners (grades 3-12) on a rolling-admission basis.
Our admissions is rolling, and applications are considered as they are received. Some age groups may have limited openings. If you would like to be added to any 'waiting pool', for an age-group that currently has one, please follow the admissions process. Names are added to any 'waiting pools' only after a student has been accepted and received a 'letter of acceptance marked-’waiting'. This process is for our academy. Let’s learn more about each other
The first step in the process is to review our site and decide if our ideas and philosophy resonate with you and your family. If they do, you can schedule an initial consultation or chat with our Director beforehand. If you choose to schedule a phone consultation to ask questions and learn more about the program & its costs-the initial consultation is how to get the process started. Our initial consultation is a two-part appointment (one for your student [Discovery] and one for parents [Strategy & Action]. If our program seems to be a good fit once we have all learned more about each other and we think your family will succeed here, it will be recommended that you move forward in the process (application). If not, we may recommend other services or resources in the community which may fit your family better.

step 2
From your initial consultation, if invited to apply, families may move forward and submit an academy application. The link to the left or the one contained in an invitation may be used. Copies of the latest school report card, any psycho-educational assessments, or any 504/IEP documentation is required.
step 3
‘SHADOW’ EXPERIENCE’ + APPLICATION
The application is reviewed by the Director & associated staff. Once eligibility has been confirmed (usually 48 hours), students for whom the staff feel will find this environment successful will then be invited to schedule a shadow experience. An email will confirm this invitation. A Shadow experience provides students a chance to experience academy life. The experience is a full day of attendance with a paired student. Parents will receive feedback from the staff upon ending shadow day. When the family is ready to move forward, a check for $175 is payable upon the submission of the application, after the shadow day.
step 4
LETTER OF DECISION & INVITATION
Success4School does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of any of its policies, both educational and admissions.
After the shadow experience, and application fee & application is complete, decisions for acceptance are determined by the admissions committee. The Director will recommend any student with a positive shadow experience to be considered formally to the admissions committee for enrollment. An invitation for enrollment is based on recommendations made during the initial consultation, the student’s desire to be a part of the community, the application, and the parental desire for the student to experience ownership of learning & self-expression. Letters of decision are sent by Success4School via email. Families have seven days from receipt of the acceptance letter to accept any invitation to enroll. Upon acceptance, the annual enrollment fee & new student fee is due to secure a spot. Once the agreement for tuition is in place, families will receive an academic calendar, family handbook and other resources as the initial start date approaches. Then, registration commences and immunization records, and other items are requested.
